Pedestrian lanes are designed to help us cross the road safely." They were about to cross when Peddy saw a traffic light ahead with three different colors. She stopped at the sidewalk. Ian looked at Peddy in confusion. "Why did you stop, Peddy? Come on! There are no cars anymore; we can cross the road." Peddy shook her head. "No, Ian. The traffic light is green, which means vehicles can go. Red means stop, and yellow means slow down." Ian then noticed the pedestrian signal. "Does the hand palm sign mean we should wait and not cross yet?" Peddy nodded. "Yes! And look, now the walking man signal has lit up. That means we can cross safely. That’s a pedestrian signal!" Ian was about to step forward, but Peddy stopped him again. "Before crossing, we should always follow the Stop, Look, and Listen rule. Stop before stepping onto the road. Look for approaching vehicles. Sometimes you can’t see them, so listen carefully for any nearby cars. If it’s all clear, then we can cross." Ian nodded, understanding the safety rules. Finally, Peddy and Ian walked across the pedestrian lane safely. They greeted the school guard happily, feeling secure and ready for their first day of school.

Page 8: (Miko and Lizzy struggled in class but their ADHD was an advantage!) After visiting Dr Wild, the Wildebeest, Miko and Lizzy learnt to do things that would help them to manage their ADHD. Page 9: Miko became the captain of the sand surfing team and had the fastest record in the desert! Miko was also top of his insect tracking class and created the first ever pair of insect spy goggles that could see different insect tracks and tells you what type of insect you are looking at! Page 10: Lizzy enjoyed stargazing so much that she was top of the class for astronomy and could name every constellation. Page 11: Even though Miko and Lizzy had some tough times with their ADHD, they both learnt cool tricks to help them feel better and do their best.

João sempre explicava para as crianças o que os brinquedos faziam de legal, mas também falava sobre as coisas que não eram tão legais, como quando o brinquedo fazia barulho demais ou não funcionava muito bem em alguns momentos. Ele queria que todos soubessem a verdade para que pudessem decidir o que era melhor para eles. No final da semana, João conseguiu vender 6 brinquedos. Pedro, por outro lado, só falava das partes legais dos brinquedos e escondia as partes que não eram tão boas. Ele dizia o que as crianças queriam ouvir, mesmo que não fosse completamente verdade. No final da semana, Pedro conseguiu vender 13 brinquedos. Muitas crianças compraram os brinquedos de Pedro porque ele contou coisas que pareciam muito boas, mas que não eram verdadeiras. Isso fez com que algumas crianças ficassem tristes quando descobriram que os brinquedos não eram tão legais quanto Pedro havia dito. A história nos ensina que, mesmo que seja tentador dizer só o que as pessoas querem ouvir, a verdade é muito importante. Michael decided to forgive her although she had done illegal thing. But, then people knew that Myrelle wanted to steal Bobo. So, people didn't want to help her. Myrelle then decided to help Michael take care of Bobo. Bobo was still mad at her. Michael tried to teach Bobo about forgiveness. So, Bobo forgave her.

Aaron was sad. He was weird, average-sized, and mediocre at taking naps. So he thought nobody would ever want to be friends with him. Then one day he met Matara. She was wonderful. She had taken a lot of naps and was very good at it. She also liked weird people. And even though Aaron was average-sized, he was also funny, which she liked.
