He turned and saw a small, fluffy cat sitting on a rock. "Hello, Cat! What are you doing?" asked Benji. "I am stretching my back," said the cat. She arched her back up and then down. (Children do Cat Pose – on hands and knees, round and arch the back.) Benji and the cat continued walking together when they heard a hissing sound. "What is that?" asked the cat. A long, shiny snake slithered out from behind a bush. "Hello, friends," said the snake. He stretched his body long and lifted his head. (Children do Snake Pose – lie on the stomach, hands under shoulders, and lift the chest.) Benji and the cat were happy to meet the snake. "Do you want to come on our adventure?" they asked. "Yes! But first, let’s rest on this big rock," said the snake. The three friends sat quietly on the rock, feeling the warm sun on their backs. (Children do Rock Pose – kneeling, fold forward, forehead on the ground, arms by sides.) After resting, they all stood up, stretched, and continued their adventure together, ready for more fun! Without faith, there is no hope, and without hope, there is no true faith.Granny told John Jr and Hopsi that they must have a strong trust. 3. Granny went on to say how important the Truth is and urged John Jr and Hopsi to be truthful. She explained that Faith is acting on the truth, whether we feel the truth or not, whether we like the truth or not, whether we agree with the truth or not. 4. John Jr and Hopsi decided that they would practice their faith by HEEARING and they would Listen to God's Word by reading Bible and listening in Sunday School at church. They said they would PRAY and connect with God. John Jr told Hopsi that they couldTALK to friends about their faith. Hopsi said they could LIVE out their faith by Worshipping God and Jesus.
