Once upon a time there were three sisters. The first sister was very tall and strong. Her name was Corn Girl. She wore a pale green dress and had long yellow hair that blew in the wind. Corn Girl liked to stand straight and tall, but the hot sun burned her feet and hurt her. The longer she stood in her field, the hungrier she got. Weeds were growing around her and choking her. The second sister, Bean Girl, was thin and quick. But Bean Girl was not very strong. She couldn’t stand up. She was good at making food, but she was always dirty and wet because she had to lie on the ground. The third sister, Squash Girl, was short and wide. She wore a yellow dress. She was hungry, too. For a long time, the sisters didn’t get along. They each wanted to be independent and free. So Corn Girl stood there with her sunburned feet and got hungrier and hungrier. And Bean Girl lay there on the ground and got dirtier and wetter. And the little short sister, Squash Girl, was hungry, too. One day Bean Girl asked Corn Girl, “What if I feed you some good food, and you can hold me up so I don’t have to lie on the ground?” Then little Squash Girl called up to her tall sister, “What if I lie on your feet and shade them so you won’t get sunburned?” So the Three Sisters learned to work together, so that everyone would be healthier and happier. Corn Girl helped Bean Girl stand up. Bean Girl fed Corn Girl and Squash Girl good food. And Squash Girl shaded Corn Girl’s feet and kept the weeds from growing up around them.

VIA, the young astronaut, had always dreamed of exploring the planets in the solar system. Today, her dream had brought her to the smallest planet, Mercury. Her spaceship, the Explorer One, touched down gently on the rocky, sun-baked surface. As she stepped out, her heart raced with excitement.

Once upon a time, there was an old man who lived with his wife. They were very poor, owning nothing but a single small hut and a cow. One day, while working in the field, the old man met a magical creature who promised to grant him three wishes. The old man was thrilled and ran home to tell his wife. They decided to think carefully about their wishes. But as they sat by the fire discussing, the old man became hungry and, without thinking, wished for a sausage. In an instant, a sausage appeared on the table. His wife was furious and began scolding him for wasting a wish. In her anger, she wished the sausage would stick to his nose—and, suddenly, it did! Now they had only one wish left, and the poor man was left with a sausage stuck to his nose. They had no choice but to use the last wish to remove it. And so, they returned to having nothing but their little hut and their cow, just as before. From that day on, they learned to think twice before making any hasty wishes.

Born prematurely at 7 months, spent 3 months in NICU (2 in incubation, 1 in observation). I lacked lungs at birth; doctors gave a boost for development. First birthday celebrated triumphantly with dinosaurs, gifts, games, and loads of toys. Second birthday was an intimate affair with balloons, cakes, and more toys. Third birthday shared with daddy's siblings, marked by joy and 3 special toys. Fourth birthday embraced the Toy Story theme, filled with friends, a clown, and an abundance of toys. Fifth birthday was a wild adventure at the zoo. Every year a testament to survival, love, and endless joy!

1. In the small town of Huntingdon lived a 17 year old student, Sara, who loved to learn. She decided to try something different, learning on the computer. 2. Sara prepared a planner and schedule with her classes, hobbies, and meetings. 3. Sometimes she didn’t know how to do things on her own and needed extra help. She met with her teachers on the computer screen to ask questions. 4. Sara didn't give up. She worked hard and kept going. She often emailed her teachers or principal with more questions. 5. She joined discussions online and shared her ideas with classmates. Sara liked to hear what others thought too, and together they learned more than they could alone. 6. As Sara went through her online classes, she showed everyone that with determination and a little help, anyone could succeed. Sara's story proved that learning online was a great way to explore new things and reach your goals. She earned great grades on her report card. 7. She graduated from Huntingdon Area High School.

In the living room, Ava and her mom use visual aids like pictures and cards with dance moves drawn on them to help practice the routine. With lots of practice in the living room and the help of visual aids, Ava felt more confident every day before the spring dance recital. On the day of the recital, Ava remembered every step and danced beautifully! She felt proud and happy as she finished her performance. And that's how Ava conquered her fear, learned a new way to remember her dance routine, and danced like a star! The end.

A chubby, sunshine-yellow kitty pranced around the playground, blowing bubbles of all sizes. Soon enough, the school's furry friends joined in on the bubbly action. I was ecstatic, blowing bubbles left and right, spreading joy all day long. The kids couldn't get enough of those magical orbs, chasing them around and giggling like there was no tomorrow. Even the grown-ups paused to admire the beauty of the floating spheres. As the day went on, more and more kids joined in on the fun, trying to catch and pop the bubbles with their noses or by hand. It was a sight to behold, the playground brimming with pure joy and wonder. Finally, the yellow cat and other yello cat sat under a tree, basking in the warm sun, watching the bubbles fade away with the setting sun. It was a moment of pure joy and contentment, one that I will always treasure.
