We want to help them understand their feeling so that they will be able to learn to self-regulate. We encourage deep breathing, breaks, walks, alone time and telling adults how they feel.

From that night on, Sam looks forward to bedtime, knowing that each night brings a new adventure in the Land of Dreams, guided by Twinkle, the Sleepy Star.
