Plot: A group of friends creates a sexual health book that explores what good and bad touches are and staying safe. Through their stories, they discuss emotions, respect, and who to talk to if they need help.

Haden Edwards received an empresario contract to settle 800 families near Nacogdoches. When he arrived with the families in the 1820s, he discovered people already lived there. They arrived long before Mexico gave him the grant. Edwards became very angry and tried to take over the town. The Mexican government did not support Edwards. Instead, they annulled his contract. Edwards stayed in the area and attempted to start a rebellion. On December 21, 1826, Edwards and his supporters claimed part of East Texas free and independent of Mexico. They named it the Republic of Fredonia. They even had support of the Cherokee in the area. However, most Anglo settlers in Texas did not support Haden’s rebellion. When a group of men from Austin’s colony joined with Mexican soldiers to march on Fredonia, Haden and his brother fled to the United States. The unrest caused Mexican leaders to rethink their immigration policies.

"Too fast!" he notes, adding more curves for safety. Page 8: Ish sets up her game, making sure the rings fit just right. "It's all about the right size," she explains. Page 9: XL helps them price tickets for games, teaching them about money and value. "Each ticket is a chance to win!" she says. Page 10: They invite friends and neighbors. "Welcome to Osh and Ish's Carnival!" they announce, opening the gates. Page 11: Everyone enjoys the games. Kids laugh as they try to navigate Osh's roller coaster. "This is so cool!" they cheer. This tunnel was part of their grant adventures, resolving mysteries and hiding to hear the secrets of others. Nobody knew how they did it but the kids knew that the magic tunnel would always lead them home when they were supposed to be at home.
